He then served as Secretary of the Board from 2006 to 2010. Doug continues in the role of President of the Board of Directors.

He's an active member of the Audio Engineering Society and the Society of Television Engineers. He also is a member of the National Assoc. of Broadcasters, the Society of Broadcast Engineers, and the Society of Motion Picture & Television Engineers.

Jeff's career as an engineer started 32 years ago in the US Navy during which time he attended Northwestern University as well as many naval schools for engineering in both San Diego and Great Lakes Training Centers while serving our country through 3 deployments around the world. Treasurer – Todd Covert

Todd has twice served as President of ACS/CAC in addition to a term as Vice President.  He has also served as chair of the Finance Committee and of the Theatre Committee.  A member since 1996, Todd has been an active participant in performances in celebration of Bloomsday, Samhain, St. Patrick's Day, and the Easter Rising.  His one-man show, THE CELTIC SHAKESPEARE, premiered at the Celtic Arts Center, with all proceeds benefitting the Center.  Todd has studied Irish at the Center with Sean Aherne and Marta Collier and has been an active participant in the Monday night music seisiúns.  Todd holds an MFA in Theatre and has an extensive background in nonprofit management, most recently as Executive Administrator of the C.G. Jung Institute of L.A. and Managing Director of the Electric Lodge Performing Arts Center in Venice.  He is currently Accounting & Operations Manager for InterQuantum, an advertising and marketing consultancy.

As a volunteer and contributor since 1995, Todd has watched ACS/CAC evolve, even as its challenges have remained largely constant.  As president of the Board, including during the difficult move out of the Laurel Canyon space to Theatre Unlimited, he remained firmly committed to a realistic assessment of the Center's financial position and fundraising potential.  The commitment to fostering a space for education in the Celtic languages that is grounded in the artistic, literary, and cultural traditions of the Celtic nations remains paramount and most deserving of allocation of resources.  Growth in the Center's programming must ultimately be supported by a commitment to professionalism on the part of the Board in its fiduciary role and a practical and active membership..

Her fondness for her Scottish heritage has also led Susan to study Scots Gaelic, which she pursues through classes with Eve Gordon offered by the Celtic Arts Center. Susan recently travelled to Dunoon, Scotland, to compete in the Royal National Mod in 2012.

Susan Winsberg has been a supporter of the Center since 1991and currently is studying Scots-Gaelic with the Center's Gàidhlig study group taught by Eva Gordon. Susan joined the Board of Directors in the Fall of 2011.
