ACS/CAC Board Member

Ongoing Responsibilities:
• Attend and participate at Board meetings (missing 3 without cause, is grounds for dismissal).
• Vote on Board actions and contribute to discussions.
• Be on at least one of the committees and/or assist in Center projects and events

Ad-Hoc Responsibilities:
• When appropriate, represents the organization to the members and the community at large at functions and events.
• Help out when and wherever needed.

Supported By / Reports To:
• Executive Committee of the Board of Directors

Skills Required:
• Commitment to the mission statement of the organization.
• Written and oral communication skills
• Strong and effective organizational skills
• Leadership experience in non-profit organizations is beneficial.
